Our industrial-style Owl is cut from 2mm thick steel and then given our unique rusted patina finish, creating a naturally aged, weathered appearance. Every piece develops its own individual colouring and texture, making your Owl completely unique.

The changing colours and variations in the rusted patina are part of what makes our garden ornaments special.
When wet, the rusted steel will appear darker, but as it dries the colours will change again. Exposure to the weather will naturally continue to develop the patina over time, meaning your Owl will gradually acquire even more character.
It's rustic, industrial and completely individual!

Our unique rusting process creates a naturally aged, weathered patina. Every piece develops its own individual colouring and texture.
⚙️ Plain Steel Finish
The steel will be cleaned and polished, ready for painting, leaving to rust naturally, or coating with a clear lacquer or varnish to seal it.
We coat the Plain Steel Owl with a little oil to help prevent natural rusting during transit. This should simply be washed off before applying your chosen coating.

The Rustic Steel OWL Garden Ornament is supplied with a metal fixing plate featuring two screw holes, allowing it to be securely attached to a fence, wooden post, pergola, tree stump or other suitable wooden surface. It can also be displayed as a rustic patio decoration or indoors on a shelf or windowsill.
Two wood screws are included.
