Returns & Cancellations

Returns

If you are unhappy with your item or have simply changed your mind, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item to us for a full refund on the item. Please note the following conditions on the return.

Please be sure to return your items in the same condition as you received them as we’re unable to refund or exchange items that are returned to us in an unsaleable condition.

Please include the original packing slip with your return

Returns can take 7-10 working days to process.

Return your item using your preferred way of posting at the address below. Please note that until we receive the item, we hold no responsibility for the item/s.

  • Items must be unused and in a resalable condition
  • Items must be packaged securely. and returned using tracked delivery
  • Any shipping charges for items returned won't be refunded
  • You must pay all shipping charges for the return.
  • Custom orders may not be returned unless damaged.
  • Personalised orders may not be returned unless damaged.

Cancellations

We only accept cancellations if the order has not yet been dispatched. We would refund the full balance paid.

This does not apply to Custom Made, Bespoke or Personalised items.

Damaged items

If your order should arrive damaged, please send a photo of the damage to sales@reallyrawcreations.co.uk within 2 days of receiving the item/s.

We will then review and if we agree the item is damaged, we will either refund or send a replacement free of charge.

If we need you to return the item to us we will cover the cost of doing so however we ask you to send the faulty item back to us in the original packaging.

What You Can’t Send Back

Personalised or Custom Made Items

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or returns for customised, bespoke or personalised items unless they arrived damaged, in which case see above.

To the same form of payment used - Credit / Debit Card or Paypal or Cash.
